Netflix Uptime Improvement

So over the weekend our editorial team has been busy answering user questions and doing some research on Netflix vs. Hulu issues–we were ecstatic to find out that Netflix has much better login performance compared to a lot of other streaming sites out there.  In fact, we detected that Netflix hasn’t had a major login issues since all the way back to November 2011. Below is a Twitter update they did explaining the last major outage that they had.

  1. I have had allot of problems with netflix. My login is fine, but the movies freeze. Also most of the movies have issues with the sound not matching or static. Don’t get me wrong, I do love netflix. Your price is great and I like being able to choose what I watch. I know you will resolve the issues. Thanks for bringing movies to our computer.     I use Explorer or Firefox to access the net. I can never sign into Netflix using Firefox, but always with Explorer. Can you explain that?

  3. I use Explorer and have not been able to connect to the Netflix site for several days. Have no problem with other websites. Is Netflix having issues?

  4. I stell cant log into my account. All i get it an expired error

  5. Major problems with the iphone four app . Have to change password everytime i try tk login. Freezes alot too. I like NF however wish they would fix the gremlins !!!

  7. Having problems logging onto Netflix with my smart phone. I upgraded to a Samsung Focus S from a Samsung Focus. Is “S” not capable?

  8. I am sick and tired of trying to log into Netflix. I can watch one movie, click out, click back in and not connection. This time I cannot signin and this have been going on all day. The price is right, but the headaches are not acceptable. Looks like you all could get things straight. No wonder so many people left you!!

  10. First time user and cant connect after signing in. Makes me wonder if I should cancel, if I am going to have these problems when I want to watch a movie, what should I do is the question??:(
