Netflix Price Gouging! Be Heard!

Last week Netflix raised their prices by as much at 60%! That means some customers will be paying $96 dollars more per year just to get DVDs mailed to them! We know times are tough–we want the old $7.99 price back, so we’re going to be sending your comments to the Netflix CEO! Comment below!

    I am probably going to cancel my account with Netflix. I change from Blockbusters to Netflix for economical reasons.

  3. I left Blockbuster after 8 years to join Netflix for what I thought was a better deal. Guess I was wrong. After facing a tough day of trying to make ends meet, some of us look forward to coming home to a Netflix movie to take the edge off of the day. In today’s economy, if Netflix insist on increasing their price their CEO and their employes would soon joint the lines of the unemployed because we will all stop subscribing.

I’m not really impressed with the price increase.Netflix doesn’t have alot of movies to watch online.And then you have to worry about it stopping to load the movie,time and again.I won’t pay an arm and a leg for Netflix,it’s not worth it.The CEO laughs all the way to the bank,cause he’s putting the screws to us,again.

  5. Outrageous, to increase a cost so much in a depressed economy is not only bad business its un-American. This CEO’S position should be seriously questioned by his board of directors as to the irreversible damage this will cause netflix, and to the huge boost he just gave his competitors, maybe he owns their stock!

  6. I want the old price back. I had 3 accounts. I paid for my sister,my friend and my own family. The price just kept going up and up ’til I had to cancel one, limit one and change another.Being a divorced mother with 4 children,(2of which have disabilitiesas well as I ),Netflix priced me right out of one of the few enjoyments our family has. Well I haven’t been impressed with netflix for awhile, there release time is horrible, Red Box gets current movies months before they come out on Netflix although they dont have instant streaming. I am saying goodbye I think and hello again to Red Box. So CEO, your not going to get greedy with my money.

  8. I am very upset about the price hike…I know times are tough, but really….I have been a cust. since the beginning , and I cant believe the hike is 60%…I will be going in and dropping what ever I can….thank uuuuuuu
