Update: The Netflix outage is fixed! Yay!
Looks like Netflix has gone down again. If you’re trying to log into Netflix, don’t bother changing your password or your user name–it looks like Netflix has been having some issues tonight and many users are reporting issues logging into their accounts to watch streaming movies. Let us know if you’re seeing any Netflix login issues for your streaming account.

I have the same problem as Rob Gray, when I try to login both my Boxee box and my browser on my mac (chrome) says that the page does not exists? and after 10 sec it takes me back to the homepage..
What seems to be the problem.. please help me (us) out?

I am sick to death of this login business. I have been trying for a month and have not been able to get service. I sure get my bill on time. There is never a problem with that. I need help getting service and nobody to contact. How about an old fashion telephone? Sick of Netflix problems in Texas.

Well here it is May 5th and I can’t get into my account info or my list of films
When I try to login it say to check my internet connection, My internet is working fine except for netflix.
Never had any problems with login until now?

If this is really the best way to contact Netflix, so be it. I have not been pleased with the response to the login issue. I am a newbie to this streaming video company and have no lenjoyed 1/2 of the time I’ve spent on here because of buffering interruptions and now login issues. Too bad to lose a new customer, Netflix…you only have one chance to amke a first impression and in my book you lose.
