Netflix Login and Password

If you’ve forgotten your Netflix login and password, you’ll have some trouble logging into your account. Go to the netflix login page, which is found at https://www.netflix.com/Login. Once you’re on this page, go ahead and press on the button that says “Need help signing in?”. After pressing this button, you’ll be taken to another page where you’ll have to enter your email address if you remember it. If you remember the email address you used when you signed up for Netflix, go ahead and enter it there and then press the “Continue” button. After pressing the “Continue” button, you’ll see a different message pop up. The message will read “An email with instructions on how to access Your Account has been sent to you at myemail@example.com. It may take some time before the email from Netflix arrives which will give you instructions on accessing your account so you can watch your movies. The email that arrives will come from info@netflix.com. The body of the Netflix login password recovery email will read “We have received your password request. To reset your password, simply click here, and you will be prompted for a new password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.” Go ahead and click on the link that says “click here” and you’ll have a browser launch that asks you for your first name, last name, sign in name (this is the same as the email address that you access Netflix with), and then you’ll be able to enter your new password. Netflix will ask you to enter your new password twice to make sure you don’t forget it again. Once you save your password you can then log in to Netflix and watch your movies.

If you don’t remember your email address, you’ll get a different message. This message will read “The email address you provided, myemail@example.com, was not found. Please click here if you have forgotten your email address or contact Customer Service at 1-866-716-0414.” You can choose to click on the “click here” link if you’d like to recover your password online. If you prefer to speak with a Netflix representative, go ahead and call the number that the website provides. Netflix customer support is generally based in the US, with a large contingent in Oregon. If you choose to reset your account online, you’ll see a message that says, “Please provide us with additional information to help us identify Your Account.” The website will ask you for the full name on the account. Make sure this is the name that was used when the free trial for the account was created–if you don’t use the correct name you may have more trouble resetting your password. You’ll also need to have your credit card number handy when resetting the account. The Netflix website will ask you for this too.
