    Since June 14th there,s been a malware incursion preventing Canadian
    subscribers from watching a program without a horizontal advertising bar
    blocking the top of the image, There is no option to scroll down and override
    the bar, Whereas You Tube which is experiencing a similar incursion does
    provide such an option so one can watch a program without the constant
    ad on top.

  2. I am streaming netflix through wireless and logitech revue. The updated software doesn’t fill in the pictures for the categories. What to do?

  3. Yesterday, no problems. Tonight, cannot connect. Everything seems normal until it goes to “not connecting to the internet”. Not true, we connect to other internet programs as normal. What’s up?

  5. My family and I enjoy our Netflix membership and hope these issues
    will be taken care of and, we all can get back to loging in and selecting
    dvd’s that my family enjoys.

    • I have been having issueswith Netflix…movies loads and goes fine until half way thru the internet just stops!! I have tried watching 4 movies and same issues. My internet is fine with email and everything else.

  6. I use to be able to order movies that was not listed but,during my last queue of movies I wasn’t able to do this. All I did was type in the name of the movie and, if it was available it would show up and all I did was click it and would appear in my dvd queue list. Whats up with that.

  8. silverlight banner ad does not allow enough room to turn movie/tv program on or off nor can you use full screen option. Since Netflix decided to switch to Silverlight it is your responsibility to fix this problem. I was totally insulted when your rep told me it was a problem w/my computer & others have this problem. Netflix signed up w/Silverlight w/out giving me a voice in that decision therefore Netflix should take some responsibility in fixing the problem. First of all Netflix should make some type of effort to warn other customers about this issue & then hire a technical person to work w/Microsoft’s Silverlight at blocking the people who are doing this. I understand that Micorsoft is charging everyone w/this problem $65 to even answer the phone. That ads up to a lot of $ and that may be why Netflix is fefusing to take their share of the blame for this. What ever you do don’t respond to any offers to upgrade Silverlight or replace it or get a new version. This may be how they are getting in but I don’t know bkz I don’t computers. Netflix and Microsoft need to find a free way for us to fix this and fast! I am very disappointed in both of you. Before this I always had good feelings for both companies.

  9. i have sivler light but am tolde to downlode it and when i do it tells me it can not do this becuse i all ready have it in my pc. so i can use netfliks on my xbox and lap top but not my tower. i do not under stand this at all i could use some help here. thanks adam

  10. There are some nights that Netflix works fine and other nights the show or movie stops and has to reload. My daughter also has her own Netflix account and the problem seems to happen only when she is home and on her computer. Is this a coincidence or is this a common problem?
