  2. I was trying to watch netflix on my laptop. I have been watching it on my tablet and wanted to know if i can access the netflix account from different devices since we have different members of the family who want to watch different things at the same time. we also have a visio tv and a dell laptop

    I had tried to cancel my gift membership in early 2011. We were billed for many months until, Feb. 2012. At this point we were given credit for Feb. We were charged on a credit card that we were not acively using. There was a credit balance on that card, so we did not see the Netflix charge under, NFI. It is most unfortunate about the many months of billing, since we shall never join Netflix again. We never rented any film, having no idea that we were being charged.

  4. Sometime when I’m watching a movie or show on my lap top the picture freezes and the sound continues. What can be done to correct that from happening in the future?

    I can not connect to netflix, WHY? I watched it the other day and now it won’t connect. This is really starting to make me mad. Any help would be appreciated.

  8. i have done everything ashed of me for downloading, silverlight, and am still being asked to install it and have been charged 3 times for all this, and STILL can’t watch a movie. please help. soon, or refund all back and cancel me.ERIC ORTH

  9. I received a netflix CD broken. What should I do?

  10. have not been able to watch a movie for 2 weeks. Either fix the problem or ccancel my account.
