All of a sudden for the past two days I can not login into Netflix error says “Unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again later or visit netflix.com/tvhelp

by the way I’m using a PS3 to connect to my Netflix account and it’s been find ever since the last time you guys were hacked so I was thinking maybe that’s what had happened again but I see that’s not it since there’s not hundreds of me’s complaining right now. Still… this sucks for little old me.
I’m having some weird issues, Some of the videos on netflix are jumpy and don’t play in time with the sound on my computer, but work on other computers…. other players work fine on other sights, so it isn’t my video card… what could the problem be?
I am trying out NetFlix for 30 days free trial. I am viewing it on my PC. The sound doesn’t match the picture – the sound precedes the actors words – is out of sync. How to fix?
I just got my bank statement and I was charged $16.62 on April 4 th for what I don’t know but I nor anyone in my house hold has rented any movie from you or NETFLIX so if you can show me what went on with this purchase or if you can’t please cancel my trial of netflix NOW!!!!!!!

I cannot access any Netflix site. Apparently either my email address or my password was lost by Netflix. I asked for help but none was sent. This has happened before.
I watch movies thru may WII but theyy have been taking a long time to load. Also having alot of freezing and long retrieves. This has been going on for over a month now. Help
