Buyer Beware!! I canceled my netflix account only to find out my checking account was being tapped for three months after I had cancelled neflix account. I was told by one of their super geek sales persons “I” had failed to cancel both portions of my account. Unaware that I needed to be word savy. Make sure you use the words cancel to DVDstreaming and to any other accounts you may happened to have looked at. They won’t get me twice ever again. Plus they have my credit card info that I can’t seem to erase on my account menue page…OMG are you kidding me!!
Buyer beware!! I cancelled my netflix account back in December of 2012. I found out April 2,2013 that my checking account had been tapped for three months because “I” failed (according to their geek salesman) to cancel both accounts.. I thought when I said I want to “cancel” my netflix account that would cover “Cancel” my account…OH NO!! “I” was not specific enough!! Are you kidding me!! How disreputable can you be?
